Can I switch programmes after enrolling?
Yes — if you feel a different programme would be a better fit, contact us and we'll help you transition. Any fees already paid will be credited towards your new programme.
Are there payment plans available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans for all programmes over $500. You can spread the cost over 2–4 monthly instalments with no additional fees. Ask about payment options during your consultation.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all programmes. If you're not happy with the quality of the coaching and resources within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
Can I bundle multiple programmes?
Many students combine programmes — for example, UCAT Mastery with Interview Mastery. Bundle discounts of 10–15% apply. Book a consultation to discuss the best combination for your needs.
Is there a free trial?
The CASPer Test starter pack is completely free. For other programmes, we offer a free consultation where we will assess your needs and recommend the best programme before you commit.
